Sammy Azar is the founder partner and CEO of Azar Birch. He graduated as Public Accountant at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC) and Specializations in Taxation and Finance at the Universidad Panamericana (UP) in Mexico City. He is daily updated in regulation and with experience in the tax area for more than 18 years. He offers you his services in accounting and fiscal matters, as well as audits for fiscal purposes.

He has wide experience in comprehensive tax consulting based on the regulatory framework of the country and the treaties signed by Mexico to avoid double taxation.

He has participated as tax consultant and legal representative in Mexico for international transactions related to purchase and merging, as well as the preparation of strategies and tax planning aimed at optimizing the tax payment of both domestic and foreign companies.
